SSD-drives A-Data SX95 - reliability and speed in decision

A well-known manufacturer of solutions for the memory company A-Data presented at the fast-growing market of flash drives a new line of SSD-drives SX95. The new drives are made in the form factor 2.5-inch and will be marketed under the famous brand of XPG. They are built on NAND-chip memory with a multilevel structure of the cells (MLC), have an interface connecting SATA 3.0 Gbps and equipped nabortnoy DRAM-memory, playing the role of the buffer and increases the reliability of the device. It is no coincidence that the average time of trouble, these SSD achieves one million hours.



SSD-drives A-Data SX95 now in versions with a capacity of 32, 64, 128 and 256 GB. In doing so, the maximum speed of reading and writing from models with a capacity of 128 and 256 to 230 Gb and 180 Mb / s, and the two younger versions of the corresponding figures were 210 and 140 Mb / s, respectively.

SSD-drives A-Data SX95 executed in blocks of lightweight aluminum alloy and fitted with a 2-year warranty. Information about the release date and cost are not yet available.
