High-speed camera Phantom Miro eX

Company Vision Research presented a series of cameras designed to quickly capture objects Phantom Miro eX. In line includes models Miro eX1, Miro eX2 and Miro eX4. The latter is the opportunity to receive frame with a resolution of 800x600 pixels, while eX1 and eX2 may be removed only with a resolution of 640x480.

Cameras equipped with a special CMOS-matrix, providing shooting at speeds of 500 to 1200 frames per second. In addition, the matrix provides a very high rate of exposure definition, which is only 2 microseconds. Sensitivity for color imaging is ISO 1200, and for black and white - ISO 4800 units. Management is carried out through a large 3.5-inch touch screen. Cameras are equipped with 1, 2 or 4 GB of internal memory and a slot for expansion cards CompactFlash.

The cost model is around 10 000 dollars, and the Vision Research offers them a two-day rental for $ 750.
