New items from TabletKiosk: Two UMPC - eo a7330D and eo TufTab a7230XD and tablet PC - Sahara NetSlate a230T

American company announced two new TabletKiosk UMPC - eo a7330D and eo TufTab a7230XD. Both the gadget are seven inch display developed by Wacom, which automatically switches between modes digitizer and touchscreen.

eo a7330D and eo TufTab a7230XD run on a processor Intel Atom Z530P, have 1GB of memory, 1.8-inch HDD to 80 GB. Both supports Bluetooth and WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n. In addition eo a7330D has a GPS-module and supports a modular expansion features through which you can further equip the UMPC modules for reading credit cards and barcodes.

TabletKiosk eo TufTab a7230XD Rugged UMPC

Designed to operate in hostile environments eo TufTab a7230XD made to military standard MIL-SPEC-810F (rating IP54) equipped with a megapixel autofocus webcam, integrated RFID-reader (reading RFID), integrated 1D/2D barcode scanner, TPM v1.2, RS - 232 Serial port.

New UMPC instead of hard drives can be equipped SSD-drives, as well as module 3G/3.5G. Devices will be available on the market in the month of October.

NetSlate a230T choice may be running several operating systems: Windows Vista Business (with a possible free transfer to Windows 7), Windows XP Embedded, or openSUSE Linux 11. Tablet is available now for $ 1395.
