In response to the release next-generation Intel quad-core processors series Core i7-800 and Core i5-700, the company Apacer Technology announced two new dual-channel DDR3 memory module series Golden and Aeolus. New items are designed for desktop PCs and high performance stations. DDR3 memory modules series Golden and Aeolus fully comply with the specifications Processor Intel Core i7 and Core i5, using the Intel Nehalem micro architecture and designed for optimal overclocking PC.

The new DDR3 modules start at a low operating voltage of 1.65 V and is compatible with processors Intel Core i7 and Core i5, corresponding chipset Intel P55. Throughput dual memory series Golden reaches 1800 MHz, and memory modules series Aeolus - 2200 MHz. In addition, memory modules, a series of Aeolus, were called by the name of the ruler of the winds of Aeolus, are equipped with patented heat-spreaders that enable lower operating temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. These solutions improve the productivity and stability of the memory, supporting very high by modern standards, the speed of dispersal, and specially designed for power users and gamers.

In addition to the maximum speed and low operating voltages, both dual-channel DDR3 memory module support the technology Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP). This option allows you to use ready-made settings (profiles SPD), which saves the end user from complex experiments on exhibiting delays, frequency and voltage.
