Sharp introduced the next version of its smartbook Net Walker

The exhibition CEATEC-2009 in Japan, Sharp has introduced a new version smartbook Net Walker (smartbook - a device that combines the functions of a smartphone and netbook).

Like its predecessor novelties, Sharp NetWalker PC-Z1, a new smartbook consumes little power (up to 10 hours of battery life), is designed for instant-on platform (instant readiness to work), supports the work of the Internet and is equipped with USB2.0/mini USB 2.0 ports, is running Linux Ubuntu 9.04. From the software preinstalled Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Open Office 3.0, Totem video player and text editor Gedit. Dimensions: 161.4 × 108.7 × 19.7-24.8 mm, weight - 409 grams.

I've been using the netwalker. Battery life is indeed all day. Great for internet access and very portable. The 5" screen is a nice size vs my smartphone for internet access.
