Videocards in the new series of ASUS EAH5000 - for extreme overclockers

Taiwan-based ASUSTeK Computer has released a new series of graphics cards ASUS EAH5000, which includes solutions targeted at gamers and overclockers and possessing excellent overclocking potential. In the new series includes three models - ASUS EAH5970/G/2DIS/2GD5, EAH5770/2DI/1GD5 and EAH5750 FORMULA/2DI/1GD5, built on the basis of a family of video cards ATI Radeon HD 5000.



Adapters ASUS EAH5970/G/2DIS/2GD5 and EAH5770/2DI/1GD5 are based on models of Radeon HD 5970 and HD 5770 and equipped with proprietary technology Voltage Tweak, which allows using the SmartDoctor regulate the level applied to the GPU voltage. As the name implies, the model EAH5750 FORMULA/2DI/1GD5 is a version of the adapter ATI Radeon HD 5750 and included in its original "racing" series, and for its cooling corresponds to a powerful dual-slot cooler ASUS Formula Fansink. Video EAH5970/G/2DIS/2GD5 is based on the ATI Radeon HD 5970 and has 2 GB of GDDR5 memory with the system bus 2 x 256 bits, as well as two DVI ports and outputs DisplayPort and HDMI. Clock speeds accelerator equal to 725 and 4000 MHz for the GPU and memory respectively, and the maximum resolution through the DVI interface reaches 2560 x 1600 pixels.
