Thursday, December 3, 2009

Microsoft has made a rather interesting initiative, directed to its partners. Now they can offer their customers a software package Office 2007 with 20 per cent discount plus the possibility of a free upgrade to Office 2010, as soon as it is released.

This initiative will be implemented through the program Microsoft Partner Network and concerns of the software package Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007. This Redmond company obviously wants to kill two birds with one stone - to increase sales of existing office suite, as well as warm interest in its new version of Office 2010. This, incidentally, reflected in the title of the initiative - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 No Better Time Promotion, and will continue this action until December 31, 2009.

Although this initiative is Microsoft, obviously, is aimed at business users in selected countries in Office 2010 may well be available as a pre-order for ordinary consumers. Recall release a new software package, to be held in June next year, but the cost of different versions of Office 2010 still remains unknown.
