NVIDIA Quadro expands its line of three models for Autodesk applications

NVIDIA Corporation has expanded its line of professional graphics card Quadro with three new models. New items are named "Quadro FX 380 LP, FX 3800M and FX 2800M, with the first card is designed for desktop computers, and the remaining two will find their place in the mobile platforms.



It stated that the trio of new cards last but not least is designed for professional 3D design, using the application of Autodesk, for example, AutoCAD and 3ds Max, and will improve productivity and expand the creative possibilities when working with these programs.



Graphics accelerator Quadro FX 380 LP, as already mentioned above, is designed for desktop systems and is a low-profile card with active cooling. It is equipped with 16 stream processors, 512 MB of "onboard" memory with 64-bit interface, as well as DVI and DisplayPort video outputs and support for DirectX 10.1. Power consumption card is only 28 watts, and it costs 169 dollars.

As models Quadro FX 3800M and FX 2800M, they are already used by Dell in a mobile workstation, Precision M6500. These cards are equipped with 128 and 96 stream processors, respectively, and 1 GB of GDDR3 memory with 256-bit memory interface. They allow you to display more than one billion colors with 30-bit color accuracy.
