Gigabyte Radeon HD 5670 offers a factory-overclocked and non-reference cooler

Taiwan-based Gigabyte Technology, as well as other partners AMD, has announced its version of the recently introduced video card Radeon HD 5670. New items are based on 40 nm chip Redwood technology to support DirectX 11, were named GV-R567OC-1GI and GV-R567D5-512I and are equipped with 1 GB and 512 MB of "on-board" of GDDR5 respectively.



In addition, the new cards from Gigabyte got 400 stream processors, and the interaction between the GPU and the memory is made using 128-bit bus. There is also support for ATI Stream technology and mode CrossFireX. Also reported that the older model GV-R567OC-1GI built on the PCB is blue and has a special design of Ultra Durable 2, which increases its reliability.

Among other things, the video card GV-R567OC-1GI equipped with non-reference dual-slot cooler with a single fan, as well as ports D-Sub, DVI and HDMI. Note that the accelerator is a solution with a factory overclocked, and its clock speeds are 785 and 4000 MHz for the GPU and memory respectively. This model is already on sale in the online shop Newegg and costs $ 110.
