New Line of Xpower DDR3 memory from Silicon Power - performance plus reliability

Thursday, January 7, 2010

Taiwan-based Silicon Power has announced a new line of products based on DDR3 memory called Xpower. These memory modules are said to use a specially designed radiator strips, whose rate teplorasseyaniya twice higher than that of standard solutions.

In addition, new Xpower DDR3 memory modules from Silicon Power built on eight-PCBs, and to improve productivity and reduce levels of unwanted signal reflections in them applied technology On-DIE Termination (ODT), which makes memory chips are less susceptible to interference at high frequencies.

It remains to add that the new modules Xpower DDR3 memory is used FBGA DRAM, operating at frequencies 1600, 1800, 2000 and 2133 MHz with timings of CL8 and CL9. In this figure the operating voltage of 1.65 volts. New Xpower DDR3 memory modules from Silicon Power supplied with a lifetime warranty and will be available in two-and three-channel sets capacity of 4 GB and 6, respectively.
