Greener DECT from Panasonic

Panasonic has introduced a new designer series ECO DECT phones in the middle segment - KX-TG55xx. Devices made in a thin shell, supported by technology "clean sound" and a feature that reduces the power level of radio base unit for more than 90%.

New items are made in a thin lacquered case, have a large display measuring 1.8 inches with a bright blue backlight and an improved keyboard. With embossed surface with your fingers will not slip on the keys when dialing. Phone numbers are presented in 5 colors: black, white, beige, red and blue.

The new series includes four models: KX-TG5511RU (one tube in the kit), KX-TG5512RU (two tubes in the set), KX-TG5513RU (three tubes in the set) and the KX-TG5521RU with digital answering machine for 20 minutes of recording. All of them support the Russian ANI and Caller ID, have a phone book with 100 entries and feature a speakerphone, a built-in alarm clock can operate even if the sound device is disabled. Model KX-TG5512RU and KX-TG5513RU can use intercom (coupling between two tubes), copy the phone book and conference calls. Each tube can assign your own name, for example, "Kitchen", which greatly simplifies the implementation of internal calls.

Phones equipped with a key ECO mode, which can activate one touch. When the handset is not on the base unit, the signal power in standby mode can be reduced by 90%. If it is located on the base unit, the signal level is reduced by 99,9%. In addition, a new series of tubes in standby mode consume 78% less energy (0,45 Tues compared with model KX-TG7205 (2,1 W)). Phones KX-TG55xx can work 18 hours of talk time and 170 hours of standby time.
