Kingston Company has expanded its line of SSD drives new entry-level solution. The new flash drive has a long name SSDNow V Series 40GB Boot Drive, which implies that the capacity of this solution is 40 GB. The drive is made in the form factor of 2.5 inches and is built on 34 nm NAND memory chips with a multilevel structure of the cells (MLC).



The new SSD-drive has an interface to connect SATA 3.0 Gbps Controller and Intel, and the speed of sequential read and write data up to 170 Mb / s and 40 Mb / s, respectively.
