Motherboard ASUS P7P55D-E and P7P55D - the highest speed peripheral interfaces

Company ASUStek announced the upcoming launch of a range of improved motherboard, equipped with interfaces, USB 3.0 and SATA 6 Gbit / sec. These interfaces are built into the model ASUS Xtreme Design P7P55D-E, but in the model ASUS Xtreme Design P7P55D they are provided with expansion card ASUS U3S6 PCIe x4. Motherboards P7P55D-E / P7P55D equipped with Intel P55 Express chipset and supports processors Intel Core i7/Core i5 for socket LGA 1156.

Applications on the motherboard P7P55D-E and an expansion card U3S6 constructive solution can provide high-speed interfaces USB 3.0 and SATA 6 Gbit / sec. The speed of the USB bus is increased ten times compared with the standard USB 2.0, SATA interface and 6 Gbit / s allows to realize the full potential of today's hard drives and make almost double growth rate of data transmission. Transfer of 20-gigabyte HD-movie now takes less than 70 seconds, and for the 4-megabyte music file will be required only 0.01 seconds.
