Tuesday, November 10, 2009

The company started shipping Nokia Internet Tablet N900. Recall was announced in late August, while the same was promised lift sales in October, but this has not happened. Now announced that the device will be in stores soon, in November. Nokia N900 is equipped with 3.5-inch touch screen and sliding QWERTY-keyboard, and as distinct from its predecessors, it can be used as a phone, because the new OS Maemo 5, on which it is based, supports this possibility.

Nokia N900 will cost 500 euros without being tied to a specific network operator, and also excluding taxes and subsidies. At the same time, mobile operators can reduce the cost of the device and sell it to the contract, although nothing concrete on this subject is not reported. Known that the Nokia N900 will be released first in Russia, Europe, North America and the Middle East, as a tablet can be ordered from online shop of the company.
