Low profile version of the GeForce GT 220 from MSI for HTPC systems

Taiwanese company MSI is preparing to introduce a new graphics card based on entry-level GeForce GT 220. New feature called N220GT-MD1GL/D3, and one of its main features is the low profile PCB, which makes this card suitable for compact HTPC systems.

The new video card MSI N220GT-MD1GL/D3 features 48 stream processors and 1 GB of GDDR3 memory with 128-bit interface, and the system of ports includes video outputs D-Sub, DVI and HDMI. In addition, there is support for technology DirectX 10.1, and the cooling of the accelerator meets the compact cooler with a single fan.

Clock frequency low-profile version of the GeForce GT 220 from MSI is 625, 1360 and 1580 MHz for the GPU, shader and memory respectively. The cost of graphic card MSI N220GT-MD1GL/D3 still unknown, but it is expected that it will not exceed 60 euros
