I'm in a love/hate relationship with virtual memory because of how prices are always, and I mean always falling. I absolutely hate buying Micro SD Cards for my R4 / R4i at (what seems to be) a crazy bargain price only to see it become ten percent cheaper a couple of months later.
(Submitted using qqPost for R4i Nintendo DS.)
Buying memory is such a time consuming process... You have to search online for prices, filter through which ones are genuine, visit a bunch of electronics shops, compare prices, finally buy your memory, and then fervently pray that the price doesn't fall in the next 2 weeks or so.
I've been screwed over by some ridiculous price drops in the past... especially this one time when I bought a Micro SD card for my R4 gaming flash card at what I mistakenly assumed was a steal, only to later see that it fell by five bucks in a week's time.

surprisingly! It’s like you understand my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some images to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is wonderful blog. A good read. I’ll certainly be back.
