Company has expanded its line of Sapphire Radeon HD 5000 graphics card with two new versions of the accelerator Radeon HD 5850. New items were named Radeon HD 5850 Vapor-X and Toxic and are based on 40 nm chip Cypress, and one of their main features is the technology of the evaporation chamber (Vapor Chamber Technology), used for cooling the GPU and other components.

This technology in combination with a single fan cooling systems allows these cards work much quieter and more effective drainage solution. Suffice it to say that the dual-slot cooler Vapor-X, set the adapter works in 10 acoustic decibels quieter than the reference model, while the temperature of the components of the accelerator is lowered to 15 degrees Celsius below.

In addition, the boosters Radeon HD 5850 Vapor-X and Toxic have 1440 stream processors, 72 texture units, and 1 GB of GDDR5 memory and 256-bit memory interface and support for DirectX 11 technology and mode of CrossFireX. The system of video outputs include ports Dual DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort. Clock speeds versions Vapor-X and Toxic are 735/4200 MHz and 765/4500 MHz for the GPU and memory respectively, which gives reason to classify them into solutions with a factory overclocked. Cost Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 Vapor-X and HD 5850 Toxic is equal to 252 and 265 euros respectively.
