Seagate Constellation ES - the industry's first drive for corporate environments to 2 terabytes, and interface with SAS 6 Gbps

Seagate has announced shipment of the hard drive form factor 3.5-inch Constellation ES, the first enterprise-class hard drive capacity of 2 TB and sinterfeysom SAS 6 Gbps. Decision Constellation ES was created specifically for the needs of Multi Disk System speed access, which includes requirements for energy efficiency, reliability and security of data storage.

This is the fourth generation solutions including Seagate 3.5-inch decisions with spindle speed 7200 rpm.
